To build practical, production-grade systems in computer science and artificial intelligence while creating pathways for students and professionals to engage in meaningful engineering and research.

What We Do

We design and build software systems, conduct applied research, organize technical events and training programs, and collaborate with institutions to solve real-world problems using CS and AI.

How We Work

We operate in small, focused teams with clear ownership. Every project starts with a problem statement, goes through research and prototyping, and ends with deployment or publication. We value documentation, code quality, and reproducibility.

Leadership

Jumbo AI is led by a founding team with deep experience in engineering, research, and community building. Leadership roles include Founder & CEO, CTO, Research Lead, Operations Lead, and Community Lead. Decisions are made transparently with input from core team members.

Structure

The lab is organized into functional groups: Leadership, Core Team, Developers, Researchers, and Mentors. Each group has defined responsibilities and contributes to projects, events, and research initiatives. We maintain a flat, collaborative culture with clear accountability.
